Orange and pineapple slushy to represent his fire wielding tail topped with a mini fruit kebab and a dash of mint for the colour of his wings. This flavour combo tastes just like summer should.

Served with raspberry sherbet and mini meringue – so Kiwi! Or vegan kiwi pavlova we can replace milk with soy, served without the fresh cream and meringue.

Drunken Kiwi Pavlova includes passion fruit and peach liqueur.

Ingredients: SHOTT Beverages Strawberry syrup, passion fruit syrup. meringue, milk, vegan ice cream. Served with raspberry sherbet and mini meringue.
